      Chrome 8.0.552.224 @ Linux x86_64

      Description

      1. deploy Metamer and open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richCalendar/simple.xhtml
      2. set defaultTime=21:22
      3. select some date

      result:
      calendar's input contains time 20:22

      reason:
calendar's attribute timeZone is set to EL valuated to UTC, client uses CET (+1h)
when attribute timeZone is not set, everything works
