add tests for client vs. server address bindings

      Description

The unit tests in the org.jboss.test.remoting.configuration package test configuring the transports to bind to a specified server address, but publish a different address for client binding (in the case that the server is behind NAT).

The problem is there is no good way to build automated unit tests for this that can run reliably on any machine (since no way to guarantee NAT). Client will always be able to connect to server, even if using same bind address as the server used to bind.
