[#JBPAPP-252] org.jboss.remoting.transport.Connector should unregister server invoker from MBeanServer

I've applied the fix to the remoting_2_2_0_SP4_CP branch, where it is included in the version tagged remoting_2_2_0_SP4_CP02.

The original issue, ~~JBREM-747~~, is now closed, and there's nothing left to do except include the newer Remoting version.

Either remoting_2_2_0_SP4_CP02 or a remoting 2.2.2.GA will be included in EAP AS 4.2 CP01

Verified this issue by running the org.jboss.test.remoting.transport.connector.UnregisterServerInvokerObjectNameTestCase under the remoting testsuite from remoting_2_2_2_GA tag.
Test passes.
